Realtor & Locator Referral Program

Earn 100% of One Month's Rent
Licensed realtors and locators will receive a commission equal to 100% of one full month's base rent for each referred client who successfully moves into Broadstone Creekside.
Commission Requirements
To qualify: Submit your invoice, W-9, and a copy of the broker’s license to the community leasing agent. Each recipient agent is responsible for all applicable taxes. All commissions are subject to local laws and licensing requirements.
